Locally, Heart Attack is a major cause of Sudden Cardiac Arrest resulting in abnormal heart rhythms, causing the heart to cease pumping blood effectively which results in victims collapsing and quickly losing consciousness, often without warning.
The BCLS course is accredited by the National Resuscitation Council (NRC) of Singapore. This course is designed for medical personnel, but is also suitable for those who wish to learn CPR for Infants and who wish to attain a level of proficiency in CPR that meets the criteria for medical professionals. As with the CPR+AED course, we can offer contextualisation for corporate clients who indicate their specific requirements.
The course includes a theory and practical test. The course will be conducted over 1 day (8 hours). Recertification courses will be conducted over 4 hours. Participants will receive a BCLS certificate, valid for 2 years.
